How does it work

You can see the information from your SugarCRM installation, grouped into business views (including contacts, leads, prospects and campaigns) which are linked by Individual and Company.

You can find information using a "freehand" text search or mouse based "point and select" enquiries and use the unique interactive Venn Enquiry tool to segment your prospects by any stored characteristic e.g. by sector, geography, department, title. Once you have chosen the people you want to target, you add them to an existing Target List or create a new one.

After you have used SugarCRM to run the campaign the detailed results will be available within NetSearch for you to investigate the responses by individuals and groups of people. You can use the information you find to select the individuals and groups you want to add to the next campaign.

The NetSearch limited edition opens up a bird’s eye view of your contact history which you can analyse and drill down to gain a better understanding of the individuals beneath. In the advanced editions you can include information from other applications to broaden your understanding and include this in your target selections.
