VENNgeance showcased at Microsoft Business Evolution Conference 2006

Ardentia Search was invited by Microsoft to showcase VENNgeance, the new user visualisation module available in NetSearch. VENNgeance has been created using technology from the new Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. At the event NetSearch and VENNgeance were introduced to companies from all over the globe and the response was phenomenal. The exhibition confirmed that having access to data at a number of levels within an organisation is a key requirement for 2007. Many companies were enthused by the capability of VENNgeance to provide ad hoc query results in a graphical format allowing the user to freely interact with the results. NetSearch allows a user to perform queries through a web browser on any information stored in disparate stores located throughout the organisation, including databases, content management systems, e–mail systems, file servers, and the Internet. By providing instant information access to users at multiple levels, complex business questions can be answered quickly and easily.

The launch of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Windows Vista and 2007 Microsoft Office system (collectively, ‘EVO’) – is Microsoft’s biggest ever launch and was held on 5th December 2006 at Queen Elizabeth II conference centre.
