Netsearch Links Into Ticketmaster

The ad hoc enquiry tool from Ardentia Search has been developed to index information stored within Venuemaster, the widely used Ticketmaster software. Everton Football Club, users of the solution, found that their current reporting capabilities were limited. The board evaluated NetSearch from Ardentia Search as they required a solution which allowed them to ask complex business questions of their supporter’s data quickly and easily. After a very short proof of concept, the board decided to purchase the solution which is now in full use at the club.
