Ardentia Search Ltd has integrated SugarCRM into their Interactive Information Warehouse and their customers can now benefit from this low cost and highly functional solution.

The Interactive Information Warehouse makes it easy for you to combine data from all your business applications and transform this data into a form that is suitable for CRM and management reporting. This greatly reduces the time and effort needed to build direct mailing campaigns and to deliver up to date management reports.

Customer Relationship Management

Our powerful visual selection interface enables non technical business staff to build finely tuned sets of the people you wish to communicate with.

Seamless integration with products like SugarCRM means that you can execute campaigns immediately by email, telephone or post. SugarCRM can be used by your telemarketing staff to record call details.
